20090516 - Strawberry Jam
Ingredients
- 12 lbs. strawberries
- 3 boxes pectin (SureJel)
- 10 lbs. sugar
Yield
- 3 batches
- 10 1/2 pint jars per batch
- 15 pints of jam
Notes
- Try to double recipe and do 10 pint jars at a time
- First jam tried the next day, very good, very red!
